Requirements

Candidates must have at least 5 years of experience in customer success, account management, or consulting. A Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field is required. Strong communication skills are essential, with the ability to convey information confidently and concisely in verbal, written, and presentation formats to diverse audiences. Experience in managing complex relationships with executive-level stakeholders is necessary.

Responsibilities

The Customer Success role involves serving as the primary point of contact for executive-level stakeholders to understand their strategic objectives and align solutions accordingly. The individual will develop Mutual Action Plans based on customer business objectives and review progress through monthly health checks and quarterly business reviews. They will own the onboarding process for new customers, ensuring a smooth transition from sales to implementation while demonstrating the long-term value of the Intrinsic platform. Additionally, the role requires leveraging data to drive key actions that enhance customer value, driving adoption, retention, and expansion of the customer base, and capturing product feedback to inform the product roadmap.
