This role focuses on providing technical and subject matter expertise to existing customers in the United Kingdom, collaborating with the Sales team to maximize their ROI with Ada and identify expansion opportunities. You'll be a key advisor, guiding and supporting customers post-purchase and fostering their long-term success.

Requirements

  • Experience: 2+ years of strategy/management/technology consulting and/or pre-sales engineering experience.
  • Technical Knowledge: Working knowledge of APIs.
  • SaaS Platform Familiarity: Common understanding of SaaS platforms (e.g., Shopify, Salesforce, Zendesk, Hubspot, etc.).
  • Communication Skills: Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
  • Relationship Building: Strong relationship building skills, including the ability to maintain and develop technical champions across the table. Experience building relationships with VP-level stakeholders is a plus.
  • Curiosity & Learning: Technically and analytically curious, demonstrating a desire to learn continuously and improve processes.

Responsibilities

  • Drive adoption and utilization of the Ada platform, focusing on increasing automated resolutions.
  • Provide technical and subject matter expertise to existing customers.
  • Collaborate with the Sales team to maximize customer ROI and identify expansion opportunities.
  • Guide and support customers through the successful adoption of Ada’s product.
  • Foster long-term customer success with the company.
  • Support clients across EMEA and NORAM as needed.
