Candidates should possess at least two years of experience in strategy, management, or technology consulting, along with a working knowledge of APIs and a common understanding of SaaS platforms such as Shopify, Salesforce, Zendesk, and Hubspot. Excellent communication and presentation skills are required, including the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences, and strong relationship-building skills for maintaining and developing technical champions across client accounts. Candidates should also demonstrate technical and analytical curiosity, showcasing a commitment to continuous learning and improvement.
The Customer Solutions Consultant will guide and support existing Ada customers to maximize their return on investment, ensuring successful adoption of the Ada product and fostering long-term success with the company. They will collaborate with the Sales team to identify and pursue expansion opportunities within existing accounts, and provide technical expertise to clients across EMEA and NORAM as needed. The role involves driving platform adoption and increasing automated resolutions, as well as building and maintaining relationships with VP-level stakeholders.
