Requirements

Candidates should have 5-8 years of experience in Solutions Engineering, Software Development, Data Engineering, Data Architecture, or Cloud Architecture. A passion for solving complex technical problems, a strong understanding of modern infrastructure and streaming technologies, and excellent interpersonal and communication skills are required. Proven ability to manage a large customer portfolio and a self-starter mentality in a fast-paced environment are also necessary.

Responsibilities

The Customer Solutions Consultant will serve as a trusted technical advisor to customers, supporting them through the technical lifecycle, including architecture planning, cluster and security design, monitoring, and automation. They will lead post-sale engagements, guide customers in maturing their data streaming utilization, and introduce new product capabilities. Responsibilities also include collaborating with support engineers to troubleshoot issues, identifying and overcoming adoption blockers, and executing mitigation plans to prevent customer churn.
