Requirements

Candidates should have completed secondary level education as a minimum, and possess previous customer service experience, ideally gained in a bookings based/order fulfillment environment. They must demonstrate comfort in taking initiative, the ability to multitask effectively, and work collaboratively within a team setting, along with a positive and helpful approach and strong organizational skills.

Responsibilities

The Customer Service Specialist will be responsible for setting up and processing customer and standing orders, informing relevant parties of expected delivery dates, prioritizing orders, and coordinating shipments. They will also coordinate daily dispatch of orders, liaise with the warehouse for successful delivery, and resolve queries from customers, distributors, and subsidiary companies, logging them in the company database. Furthermore, they will liaise with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction, answer general incoming calls, assist with Front of House (reception) cover during absences, support training of new staff and cross-train current staff within the Order Fulfilment Team, assist the Family Law Quotes and Bookings team during absences, answer Family Law telephone enquiries, and monitor Family Law inboxes, following up and actioning accordingly. The role also involves working closely with Regional Team Leaders and the Networks Team to communicate relevant information, generate reports for management’s monthly reporting, and achieve daily and weekly targets and KPIs, as well as being open to process improvement and business change to maintain quality customer service.
