We are seeking forward-thinking, inspired individuals to join our growing team. As a Customer Service Agent, you will be the primary point of contact for our customers, assisting them with policy-related inquiries, payments, cancellations, and other needs via phone, chat, and email.

Requirements

  • Active Property & Casualty (P&C) or Personal Lines insurance license.
  • Experience in a call center environment with high incoming call volume.
  • Bilingual (Spanish speaking) is preferred.
  • Home insurance experience is highly preferred.
  • Superior customer service skills and empathy.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with limited structure.
  • Proficiency in Google Suite or similar tools.
  • Comfort navigating multiple tools and windows simultaneously.
  • A drive for efficiency and process improvement.
  • Availability to work the following shifts (placement based on need):
    • 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM CST
    • 10:00 AM - 7:00 PM CST
  • Capability to participate in a mandatory paid 10-week training period.

Responsibilities

  • Interact with current policyholders via phone, email, and chat.
  • Contact customer banks/mortgages to obtain additional details.
  • Create and update policies for customer review.
  • Process payments and issue refunds.
  • Educate customers on policies and coverages.
  • Assist in updating forms, policies, procedures, and training materials as needed.
