Requirements

Candidates must hold an active Property & Casualty or Personal Lines insurance license, and experience in a call center or high incoming call volume environment is preferred. Bilingual skills, particularly Spanish, are also desired, along with a strong preference for home insurance experience.

Responsibilities

As a Licensed Customer Service Agent, you will primarily handle customer inquiries regarding policies, payments, cancellations, and other related topics via phone, chat, and email. You will also be responsible for contacting customers’ banks or mortgage companies to obtain additional details, creating and updating policies for customers, submitting payments and issuing refunds, and educating customers on policies and coverages. Additionally, you may assist with updating forms, policies, procedures, and training materials, and participating in a mandatory training period.
