Requirements

  • 1+ years of insurance sales experience within a fast-paced brokerage setting
  • Experience selling with multiple carriers and in multiple states (home, auto, umbrella, jewelry)
  • Active Property & Casualty license
  • Outstanding understanding of insurance products and process
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong negotiation and persuasion skills
  • Self-motivated and results-oriented
  • Proficiency in using CRM software
  • Call/Contact Center experience (Brokerage experience preferred)
