Candidates should possess a self-motivated approach, a customer service driven work ethic, and experience in sales or customer service. Typical work shift hours from 8:30 am-5 pm Monday-Friday, excellent customer service skills with a positive attitude, and the ability to multitask and communicate effectively both verbally and in writing are required.
As a Customer Support Representative, you will answer incoming phone calls, utilize company resources to respond to inquiries regarding shipping, product registration, and customer complaints, apply sales techniques to satisfy customer needs, gather customer information, utilize parts look-up programs, meet quality metrics and sales goals, and perform daily 6S activities, including housekeeping and paperwork management. You will also utilize up-selling and cross-selling techniques and be willing to grow through support and training for continuous improvement.
