The Senior Customer Success Specialist will develop productive working relationships with the CSM team, partnering successfully to deliver exceptional customer service to clients. They will demonstrate subject matter expertise, back up Lead CSSs as needed, and be seen as a key business partner with the client’s dedicated CSM, providing proactive product-specific expertise and identifying opportunities for product adoption and business growth. This role involves discussing and demonstrating CDK product functionality, comparing product reporting to demonstrate improvement ratios, providing guidance to customers to achieve industry standards, conducting client training, and completing client requests to drive additional value and enhance the overall buying experience.
