Responsibilities

The Customer Support Specialist will manage incoming customer support issues, ensuring timely resolution and exceptional service for PriceSpider products and services by responding to customer inquiries via various channels, communicating professionally, working cross-functionally to resolve issues promptly, escalating issues when necessary, utilizing product knowledge to resolve issues independently, guiding customers on product benefits, assisting with reports and metrics, recommending best practices, identifying and communicating root cause issues, conveying support team needs, and contributing to high-priority issues.
