Candidates are required to have at least 1 year of experience in a customer service or support role, along with equivalent training and certifications. They must possess hands-on proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and GSuite, experience working with Smartphones, Tablets, and Computers (Mac, Android, and Windows operating systems), strong typing skills (40+ wpm), and be polite, organized, punctual, and detail-oriented. Applicants should also demonstrate an empathetic and patient customer-first mindset, excellent communication skills (both verbal and written), proven experience in a high-volume work environment with multitasking abilities, the ability to manage time effectively while working independently, and a self-motivated, curious learning approach as a team player. Prior experience in software support and 2+ years in a call center environment are preferred, along with a Bachelor’s degree. Bilingual skills (English/Spanish or Italian, Dutch, French) are a plus.
The Consumer Support Specialist will respond to inbound calls, chats, and emails from Keeper’s consumer customers, providing a high level of service and ensuring customers understand product features and benefits. They will accurately provide product and service information, recognize and document trends in customer interactions, proactively identify product improvements and bugs, report and escalate issues to management, maintain quality in a fast-paced environment, uphold company policy and procedures, maintain confidential data and customer information, follow outlined support team guidelines, and perform other core role functions as assigned by management.
