Requirements

Candidates must possess a minimum of 5 years of experience in client services, marketing, or sales, with a preference for B2B or outside sales/account management within a similar industry. They should also have the ability to travel up to 50% of the time and demonstrate knowledge of CDK applications, as well as a general understanding of dealership operations.

Responsibilities

The Sr. Customer Success Manager will respond to client inquiries and direct them to appropriate support resources, assist clients in defining their strategy around CDK solutions by ensuring they understand the products and how to utilize them effectively, maintain relationships with dealership management, assess dealership risk factors and develop mitigation strategies, prepare client-specific reports and presentations, identify trends and create solutions for gaps, identify opportunities for training needs, drive true value for customers, develop strategies for retaining at-risk clients, mentor and train junior CSMs on risk mitigation and best practices, utilize Totango to document engagements, and seek and listen to feedback.
