The Senior Customer Success Specialist will develop productive working relationships with the CSM team, partnering to deliver exceptional customer service. They will demonstrate subject matter expertise, back up Lead CSSs as needed, and be seen as a key business partner with the client’s dedicated CSM, providing proactive product-specific expertise and identifying opportunities for product adoption and business growth. The role involves discussing and demonstrating CDK product functionality, comparing product reporting to highlight improvement ratios, providing guidance to customers to achieve industry standards, conducting client training, and completing client operational adjustments to drive value and enhance the customer experience.
