Requirements

  • Diploma or Degree in any field
  • At least 2-4 years of experience in customer service (order management) or buyer from manufacturing industry
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in English
  • Ability to speak Vietnamese (added advantage for Vietnam market support)
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office software, especially Excel (Pivot, VLOOKUP)

Responsibilities

  • Provide expert internal and external customer service and sales support
  • Assist in maintaining performance expectations
  • Handle complex discrepancies and customer issues
  • Manage the Order to Invoice Process (order entry, NCNR setup, etc.)
  • Support sales team with direct customer contact
  • Coordinate reports with Infosys
  • Manage bond requests, dropped part, and item status change reports
  • Handle branch service requests and RMA processing
  • Initiate CAR and FQR analysis
  • Submit Customer Surveys
  • Correct post-delivery issues
  • Load SDT quotes under 50 line items
  • Forward quotes to Quote Center
  • Coordinate contract signature completion
