Requirements

Diploma or Degree in any field
At least 2-4 years of experience in customer service (order management) or buyer from manufacturing industry
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in English
Ability to speak Vietnamese (added advantage for Vietnam market support)
Proficient with Microsoft Office software, especially Excel (Pivot, VLOOKUP)

Responsibilities

Provide expert internal and external customer service and sales support
Assist in maintaining performance expectations
Handle complex discrepancies and customer issues
Manage the Order to Invoice Process (order entry, NCNR setup, etc.)
Support sales team with direct customer contact
Coordinate reports with Infosys
Manage bond requests, dropped part, and item status change reports
Handle branch service requests and RMA processing
Initiate CAR and FQR analysis
Submit Customer Surveys
Correct post-delivery issues
Load SDT quotes under 50 line items
Forward quotes to Quote Center
Coordinate contract signature completion
