  • Available to work 37.5 hours a week on site, covering shifts between 8am–8pm Mon-Fri, 9am–6pm Sat-Sun (no Bank Holidays), on a 6-week rotation

Responsibilities

  • Acting as first point of contact for Lloyds Banking Group Personal Loans account holders via inbound calls
  • Handling a variety of customer queries and processes with professionalism and confidence
  • Managing customer information in line with GDPR
  • Ensuring first-outcome resolution for customers
  • Keeping customer records accurate and up to date
  • Achieving Service Levels and Key Performance Indicators
  • Providing a repeat positive experience while striving for the right outcome first-time
  • Reporting to a Customer Service Supervisor for support if required
  • Collaborating with team mates to deliver outstanding customer service
