Requirements

Candidates should possess at least 3 years of experience in a customer-facing role within a SaaS environment, specifically in customer success or support with a focus on training or implementation. They must have experience utilizing Project Management tools such as Gainsight, CRM systems like Salesforce, online project management tools like Asana, and internal communication tools such as Slack, along with strong Excel skills and the ability to manipulate and import large datasets. Furthermore, candidates need impeccable written and verbal communication skills, the ability to build trust with customers at all levels, and a meticulous approach to tasks, demonstrating accuracy and thoroughness while effectively managing their time. They should also be a strong team player and self-starter, empathetic towards customers, passionate about organization, and comfortable with change and experimentation.

Responsibilities

The Customer Onboarding Specialist will work closely with customers to assess their goals and existing business practices, track tasks against a schedule, execute onboarding efforts, coordinate with internal staff to meet milestones, measure and track customer onboarding outcomes, and share the voice of the customer by partnering with Engineering, Marketing, Product, and Sales teams. They will also become a trusted resource for software and productivity trends in the fleet management domain and consistently strive to reduce redundant work through organizational improvements.
