Requirements

  • Fluency in English
  • Previous experience in eCommerce & Digital Marketing, gained from working at an Etailer (must) and for a brand (plus)
  • eRetail Media (eCommerce Advertising) & eMerchandising expertise (Online assets, SEO optimized copy, PaidSearch, Display, Navigation etc.)
  • In-depth understanding of online reseller landscape, best practice & familiar with major Etailers platforms
  • Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking (e.g., excel in playing with KPIs like sales data, channel margin, rebate, and market share)
  • Advanced in Excel
  • Proactive, energetic, self-starter with a hands-on approach to the business and results-oriented
  • Stellar communication skills to manage multiple projects
  • Located in or near Mexico City (to support key customers and sales team)

Responsibilities

  • Build data & insights driven eTail customer plans
  • Partner with Etailers to get data, insights and full understanding of their marketing ecosystem and capability
  • Analyze all data and insights available (Market share, TAM, trends, sales, content, competition, shopper insights, traffic etc.) to identify business opportunities
  • Develop customer-focused marketing plans that align with category and global strategies
  • Build Advertising plans according to global strategies and take leadership with agencies
  • Align DCS/SOs and soft targets with NAMs and Head of eTail, and provide an annual plan and quarterly forecasts
  • Run monthly & quarterly reviews internally & externally; share learning back to region to fuel regional best practices
  • Drive ASP up thru Attachment and Cross-sell tactics
  • Manage day-to-day business by activating all Etailers platform, marketing & media tools
  • Maximise traffic to products’ pages thru Retail Media (Site placements, Search, SEO, Events, Brand store) and leveraging Logitech Digital marketing
  • Translate Category strategies in CM plans, using global blueprints
  • Define & optimize range opportunities by seller/customer w. HoE
  • Execute and Drive NPI and Run-rate business by using tech tools to monitor KPIs & data to open opportunities
  • Coordinate across Category Mkg, NAM, Trading Partner (Disti/reseller) and Customer/Platform
  • Drive ePOS fundamentals, content syndication, Ratings & Reviews with eTail Ops specialists where available
  • Plan and execute promotions aligned to the brand and customers commercial calendar
