Responsibilities

  • Provide compelling content to support demand generation activities
  • Develop an insights-based, multi-format content strategy (blogs, newsletters, case studies, articles, videos, webinars, interactive tools, infographics) that builds emotional connections with sellers and drives measurable results from awareness to retention
  • Create and manage a long-term editorial calendar and content production pipeline
  • Provide copywriting support to the company as needed
  • Supervise multiple internal and external resources, vendors, agencies, and freelancers in asset development and campaign activations
  • Write compelling briefs with clear project requirements for all stakeholders and functions
  • Own the Pipe17 blog, including keyword strategy, ideation, cadence, proofreading, copy-editing, publishing, and collaboration to improve SEO performance
  • Integrate a test-and-learn approach to content strategy and prioritize emerging channel experimentation in partnership with Marketing Analytics and Data Science
  • Monitor media, seasonal, cultural, and competitor trends to propose differentiated ideas to help the brand stand out
