Requirements

Responsibilities

The Customer Experience Specialist will guide customers through their Credit Report and Score queries using strong communication and written skills. They will support customers with queries through inbound telephone calls, emails, or live webchat, completing an average of 25-30 customer calls per day. The role involves providing a great and memorable customer experience, understanding regulatory requirements, remaining compliant, and continuing to develop knowledge.
