The Advisor Support Associate will manage lead invalidation reviews and assess lead quality for CPL clients, making decisions on credit approval based on guidelines. Responsibilities include building FALC profiles, managing payment collections for declined cards, preparing and uploading invoices for AMP clients, and updating client payment information. Additionally, the role involves reassigning cancellation cases, creating detailed escalation cases for Account Managers, and serving as a client contact for operational inquiries regarding lead credit, invoicing, and payments.
