The Customer Care Advisor will initiate the sales process, build and manage prospect lists, and generate qualified leads for the sales team. They will represent GoodLeap as a subject matter expert, provide exceptional customer service and support, and offer additional GoodLeap products to customers. Responsibilities also include updating systems to document customer interactions, handling issues with diplomacy to ensure customer satisfaction, and escalating issues to management when necessary with clear explanations.
