Bachelor's degree from a four-year college in Computer Science, MIS, Education, or Engineering
Intimate knowledge of how the software and hardware operates and how customers use the products
Ability to solicit information from Engineers, Marketing, Technical Support, and Training Specialists
Willingness to travel and perform on-site customer training approximately 25% of the time
Ability to perform remote customer training and internal training
Excellent communication and organization skills

Responsibilities

Develop and maintain training materials including videos, E-Learning materials, training plans, student manuals, instructor presentations/guides, training checklists, job aids, and quick reference cards
Perform on-site and remote customer training (includes travel, setup time, and post-training documentation)
Conduct internal training and testing for new products or significant changes in existing products (presentation style or hands-on)
Document issues, successes, expenses, and follow-up actions after training
Communicate ideas, suggestions, and resolutions to issues between internal personnel, third-party vendors, and end users
Perform internal training and self-development
