Candidates must possess a Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in computer science or engineering, with at least 8 years of professional experience in data center technologies, including Linux server administration, containerized AI workloads deployment, and networking protocols configuration. Strong technical expertise is required in cloud environments and enterprise tools such as Kubernetes, Docker, Slurm, Git, and Python, along with experience with major cloud service providers (AWS, Azure, GCP). Excellent English communication, interpersonal, and technical writing skills are essential, as is proficiency in delivering training and presentations to diverse audiences. The ability to collaborate effectively across different levels in a matrixed organization is also necessary. Preferred qualifications include hands-on experience with NVIDIA AI and compute technologies, advanced certifications (e.g., CCIE, RHCE, AWS Solutions Architect), proven experience in technical training development and delivery, and a Master's degree.
The Senior Technical Training Developer will lead the creation and delivery of technical content focused on NVIDIA’s AI solutions within AI and HPC data centers. This includes developing training materials, collaborating with domain experts to align training outlines with market trends and customer requirements, and building engaging lab-based training with diagrams, videos, and hands-on exercises. The role involves conducting in-person and remote training sessions for customers and partners, with up to 25% travel. Additionally, responsibilities include participating in internal test deliveries, gathering feedback to improve course content, and ensuring a high-quality learning experience.
