Experience managing a customer book of business and working with Fortune 500 customers in a high-growth B2B SaaS company is necessary. Familiarity with generative AI, prompt engineering, and working with APIs is highly desirable. Strong communication skills are essential, with the ability to translate complex technical concepts for non-technical audiences. A business outcome-oriented mindset and problem-solving abilities are also required.
The Customer Architect will support the Customer Success and Account Management teams by scoping use cases for customized solutions and validating technical feasibility. They will own the implementation of these solutions, create custom templates, and leverage APIs. Responsibilities include communicating limitations and proposing solutions, maintaining a deep understanding of Writer solutions and the AI landscape, and collaborating with Engineering to ensure quality outputs. Additionally, the role involves developing new processes to enhance customer value and providing feedback to Product and Engineering teams.
