Candidates must have at least 5 years of sales experience with Technolutions Slate and other CRMs in higher education, and 5 years of experience in sales, revenue generation, or business development for CRM or SaaS solutions with a proven track record of exceeding goals. Experience in B2B sales of professional services including implementation, training, support, advising, and apps is required, along with an established network of higher education leaders, particularly in admissions, enrollment management, Student Success, and advancement. Proven success in identifying opportunities, managing complex sales cycles, and closing large deals is necessary. Strong presentation, communication, and negotiation skills are essential, as is an entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to drive results independently while collaborating across teams. A Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience is required, with a Master's degree preferred. The ability to travel to client sites and conferences is also necessary.
