Candidates must have at least 3 years of experience as an HTML Developer with an eye for design, including 3 years of Salesforce Marketing Cloud experience and 3 years of HTML/CSS knowledge. Basic design skills with 1-2 years of experience programming digital assets following brand guidelines are required, along with strong knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, FIGMA) and hand-coding HTML email. Experience with WordPress and/or AEM, SQL, and AI within or supporting SFMC are considered advantageous. Excellent client engagement skills, proactive organization, the ability to influence clients, and strong relationship-building skills are essential. An innate creative flair, strong art direction, concepting skills, and a wealth of multi-platform ideas are also necessary.
The HTML Developer & Graphic Designer will manage the end-to-end Salesforce Marketing Cloud process, including automation sendouts, rules, database filtering, segmentation, and reporting. They will build banners, CRM components, emails, and microsites, ensuring all digital projects align with creative team designs and adhere to program and technology limitations. Responsibilities include implementing designs accurately, working on custom developments and mobile-responsive applications, ensuring code conforms to standards and company regulations, and fixing daily bugs. The role also involves producing quality code, working with testers for correct functionality, contributing design ideas to client briefs, monitoring output quality, accuracy, and consistency, and proactively influencing clients with creative input and new concepts. Evaluating industry trends, researching developments in branding and marketing, developing effective working relationships with colleagues and clients, and providing excellent customer service are also key duties, working across various brands within the wine and spirits portfolio.
