Candidates must have a minimum of 5 years of experience as a Salesforce Developer and possess Salesforce Platform Developer 1 certification. Advanced experience with low-code Salesforce capabilities, proficiency in Salesforce Lightning Design System, Apex, LWC, Visualforce, SOQL/SQL, and JavaScript are required. Experience developing and managing API Integrations, with MuleSoft experience being desired, along with experience with Git, Github, and CI/CD are also necessary. The ideal candidate will demonstrate an ability to understand and articulate requirements, meet deadlines, handle and prioritize simultaneous requests, and manage stakeholders effectively. A proactive, creative, and analytical mindset with strong problem-solving skills and exceptional verbal and written communication abilities are essential.
The Salesforce Developer will serve as a key developer for two Salesforce environments supporting over 1000 users across Service Cloud, Sales Cloud, Financial Services Cloud, and Experience Cloud. Responsibilities include developing and implementing technical designs using a combination of out-of-the-box features and custom code, architecting enhancements to the data model and data flow, and building custom apps, objects, flows, and other content. The developer will assess the impact of new requirements on Salesforce and related systems, complete evaluations, scope, and deploy new development requests using various Salesforce technologies. Collaboration with the developer team through refinement sessions and code reviews, observing service health, performing system audits, preparing for upgrades, and managing data feeds and integrations are also key duties. Additionally, the role involves acting as a liaison between users, vendors, and application development teams.
