Experience with ESPs like Iterable for building, testing, and deploying campaigns, proficiency with QA and rendering tools such as Litmus or Email on Acid, and hands-on experience with dynamic content, personalization, segmentation, and automation workflows are also necessary. Familiarity with QA processes and A/B or multivariate testing within ESPs, proven ability to troubleshoot rendering issues, strong time management skills for fast-paced environments, excellent communication skills for cross-functional collaboration, and being highly organized, proactive, and detail-oriented are essential.
The Associate, Email Designer will be responsible for coding, testing, and QAing responsive HTML/CSS email templates optimized for various devices, inboxes, and platforms. They will implement dynamic and personalized content using ESP data integrations and automation tools, and partner with CRM associates and design teams to translate design files into production-ready templates. Responsibilities also include ensuring cross-client compatibility, accessibility compliance, and high deliverability standards, conducting thorough QA for accurate rendering and functionality, and supporting A/B and multivariate testing initiatives.
