  • Role Focus: Partnering with government agencies to create valued online services and enhance community support through strategic experience management. This role requires a high level of technical knowledge, including Web Services, internal and external APIs, SMS products, and additional product integrations.

Responsibilities

  • Master the AMANDA and Grantium platform, acting as the internal expert on product implementation.
  • Serve as an advisor to customers to improve their online processes.
  • Define features, phases, and solution requirements for customer implementations.
  • Provide specifications for solution definition, management, and delivery.
  • Advocate and evangelize "best practice" approaches for client setups to ensure long-term success and value.
  • Ensure implementations meet client-specific missions and solve core challenges related to effective, efficient, and engaging communications.
  • Lead and manage multiple Granicus technical product implementations and solutions in partnership with the assigned Project Manager, ensuring they are on schedule and of high quality.
  • Clarify and drive implementation commitments.
  • Collaborate with product, engineering, and other technical stakeholders on the delivery of key customer solutions.
  • Develop training and implementation documentation for customized implementations.
  • Conduct system training for client administrators and developers, when applicable.
  • Work closely with Process Designers and Project Managers to advise on progress and share ideas.
  • Ensure acceptance criteria are clearly defined and verified against requirements.
  • Stay up-to-date on the latest process and IT advancements.

Requirements

  • Expert technical knowledge of AMANDA and Grantium platforms.
  • Experience with scripting, including JavaScript, SQL, and JEXL (specifically for Grantium).
  • Customer-focused leadership abilities.
  • Ability to work hand-in-hand with project management teams.
  • Experience with Web Services, internal and external APIs, SMS products, and additional product integrations.
  • Enthusiasm for client success.
