Responsibilities

The Senior Creative Director will guide the creative vision and strategy to evolve the brand's look, feel, and voice across all channels, ensuring consistency and resonance in owned, paid, and integrated campaigns. They will champion bold creative approaches to tell Alma's story and connect with target audiences, including therapists, clients, payers, and employers. This role involves providing strategic direction and leadership to a team of designers, copywriters, and creative project managers, fostering creativity and collaboration. The director will oversee the end-to-end creative process, manage external agencies and vendors, and partner with Product Design to maintain brand cohesion. They will also maintain a deep understanding of audiences, market trends, competitors, and the Alma product to inform creative work.
