The Lead/Principal Brand Designer will be accountable for executing work that defines and evolves the look and feel of the Help Scout brand, setting the visual standard for the team. This role involves owning and implementing design systems, frameworks, and direction documents, and serving as a multiplier to inspire and mentor teammates. Responsibilities include fostering consistency across channels, elevating the brand, and ensuring all customer-facing outputs look, feel, and sound like Help Scout, while being tethered to strategic initiatives and generating business impact.
