Candidates should possess at least 2 years of experience in an advanced technical support role, fluency in English (both written and verbal), and experience with Windows Server, including the ability to gather and analyze various Windows logs and dumps using tools like Procmon and Process Explorer. Experience with Linux/UNIX, including application and configuration management, CLI power user skills, and RedHat/Linux Foundation certifications are preferred. Networking skills, including traffic analysis with Wireshark and tcpdump, troubleshooting DHCP, DNS, VPN, and other network services, along with Cisco/Juniper certifications, are also desired. Virtualization expertise with enterprise-grade hypervisors such as VMware ESXi, Microsoft Hyper-V, KVM, and Virtuozzo, and experience with business applications like MS Exchange, MS SQL, and Oracle DB, are required.
The Corporate Cloud Expert Support Engineer will troubleshoot and resolve complex technical incidents for Acronis’ corporate customers and partners across various software, networking, and hardware environments. They will build and maintain strong relationships with customers and partners, interact with internal teams like Engineering and Business departments to efficiently resolve issues, and contribute to training and mentoring junior team members. The role involves creating documentation, knowledge base articles, and technical support materials, maintaining deep knowledge of Acronis’ products and staying up-to-date on industry trends and technological advancements. Finally, they will prioritize and address time-sensitive issues while demonstrating a passion for troubleshooting and delivering efficient solutions.
