Requirements

  • 3+ years of legal experience in drafting and negotiating complex commercial and advertising transactions, non-disclosure agreements, strategic partnerships, and vendor contracts
  • Familiar with the US and International laws and regulations relating to privacy and digital advertising (including CCPA and GDPR)
  • Strong preference for prior experience in the AdTech industry
  • Ability to collaborate with internal and external legal and business partners, provide clear and concise legal advice and act as a trusted partner with the business teams
  • Ability to solve complex legal and business matters
  • Comfortable in handling multiple transactions under tight and competing timelines
  • Excellent analytical and communication skills
  • Out of the box, creative, and a collaborative approach
  • Problem solver, with a pro-business approach
  • J.D. degree (or foreign equivalent) and membership in at least one US state bar
