Juris Doctor Degree (Required)
Active law license
3 - 5 years Relevant experience with privacy and data- protection laws and regulations (Required)
3 - 5 years Experience with contractual privacy and data- protection obligations (Preferred)

Responsibilities

Analyze and understand evolving privacy and data protection laws and regulations (GLBA, CCPA/CPRA, HIPAA, etc.) and related client contractual requirements
Maintain privacy-related policies, standards, guidelines, and processes
Analyze data procured for use in products and services, ensuring proper collection, consent, and permissible uses
Respond to internal inquiries regarding data governance and data usage to ensure compliance
Liaise with Vendor Security Risk Management team to ensure privacy compliance
Assist with Company’s data governance efforts, including privacy impact assessments and data deletion/destruction processes
Primary responsibility for Company’s consumer privacy request process and responses to consumers
