Candidates must possess a high school education, with some college preferred, and demonstrate the ability to lift up to 30 pounds and walk through all areas of the studio. They should also have excellent interpersonal and communication skills, outstanding customer service skills, strong organizational skills, and careful attention to detail, along with a willingness to initiate tasks and perform duties without direction. One year of sales experience is preferred, and prior MBO experience is beneficial.
The Core Crew member will be responsible for bringing the CORE acronym to life by connecting with clients, opening up connections to the community, recognizing efforts, and educating them about offers, while regularly interacting with clients to obtain and address their needs and expectations. They will also maintain product knowledge for studio retail operations, perform routine client-facing system tasks, assist the Head Coach Community Manager and Coaches in daily operations, keep the studio clean, notify management of complaints, follow up with client lists to meet sales quotas, respond to client emails, alert coaches about client milestones, and address maintenance issues. Finally, they will follow up with client lists in Axle to meet monthly sales quota.
