Candidates must have at least 3 years of sourcing or recruiting experience, preferably with a focus on Revenue/GTM roles. Proven success in engaging passive talent and building pipelines in competitive markets is required, along with strong knowledge of sourcing tools like LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, and social media. Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a candidate-first mindset, strong organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple pipelines are essential. Experience in a high-growth SaaS or tech company and familiarity with Greenhouse and Gem are considered nice-to-haves.
The Contract Talent Sourcer will be responsible for proactively sourcing and building pipelines of passive candidates for Revenue & GTM roles. They will partner with recruiters and hiring managers to understand role requirements and team priorities. Responsibilities include engaging candidates through personalized outreach, screening resumes, conducting initial outreach calls, maintaining accurate pipeline tracking, and sharing insights to refine sourcing strategies. The role also involves building and nurturing long-term relationships with candidates and representing Customer.io as the first point of contact to ensure a thoughtful and inclusive candidate experience.
