Entry Level & New Grad, Junior (1 to 2 years)
The candidate should have a minimum of 2 years of experience in Revenue, Marketing, or other Go-To-Market recruiting, with a proven ability to recruit and scale high-performing teams. Experience independently partnering with hiring managers, utilizing recruiting tools such as Greenhouse, LinkedIn Recruiter, and Gem, and optimizing processes with a focus on continuous improvement are essential. The ideal candidate will be highly organized, results-driven, possess strong relationship-building skills, and ideally have experience in a hyper-growth startup environment.
The Recruiter will manage the full recruitment lifecycle for a Go-To-Market business unit, developing and implementing all phases of the recruitment process. This includes overseeing the preparation of interview questions and hiring materials, navigating and configuring the ATS platform and other recruiting tools, and championing a positive candidate experience. The role also involves driving a culture of diversity, equity, and inclusion within the hiring process.
