Requirements

Candidates must have 3+ years of recruiting experience, with a focus on clinical or provider hiring in a healthcare or health tech setting. Proven ability to manage high-volume recruiting pipelines and demonstrated experience sourcing candidates directly and building top-of-funnel pipelines are required. Familiarity with recruiting platforms such as LinkedIn, Greenhouse, and Gem, along with strong organizational skills, attention to detail, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to operate independently and adapt quickly to changing priorities are also necessary. Active work authorization in the US is required.

Responsibilities

The Clinical Recruiter will source, assess, and interview provider candidates across more than 30 clinical specialties, evaluating their qualifications and communicating Maven's care model. They will develop and manage a strong pipeline of providers through various sourcing strategies and own the end-to-end provider hiring process, from outreach to onboarding. This includes partnering with internal stakeholders for timely onboarding, coordinating interviews across time zones, and maintaining accurate candidate records in recruiting systems.
