Candidates should have over 3 years of sourcing experience for business roles, including G&A and Customer Teams like Accounting, Finance, Customer Success, and Solution Consulting. A strong track record of building relationships with senior leadership, excellent written and verbal communication skills, and proficiency with ATS systems, preferably Ashby, are essential. Experience in a fast-paced startup environment, full-cycle recruiting, and negotiating compensation with startup equity and ambiguity are considered nice-to-haves.
The G&A Sourcer will identify, engage, and screen candidates for business and customer-facing roles. Responsibilities include sourcing a high-quality pipeline of candidates, vetting them, managing the interview and hiring process with a focus on candidate experience, and partnering with leadership to define hiring needs and ideal candidate profiles. The role also involves tracking recruiting metrics to improve processes and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure successful hires.
