Candidates must have at least 1 year of experience in customer service or support, or equivalent training and certifications. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and GSuite, along with experience using Smartphones, Tablets, and Computers (Mac, Android, Windows operating systems) is required. Strong typing skills of 40+ WPM, politeness, organization, punctuality, and attention to detail are essential. An empathetic and patient, customer-first mindset, excellent verbal and written communication skills, proven success in a high-volume work environment with multitasking ability, and effective time management while working independently are also necessary. Being a self-motivated, curious learner and team player is preferred. Bilingual skills in English/Spanish or Italian, Dutch, French, prior software support experience, and 2+ years in a call center environment are a plus. A Bachelor's Degree is preferred.
The Consumer Support Specialist will respond to inbound calls, chats, and emails from Keeper's consumer customers, providing a high level of service and ensuring customers understand product features and benefits. They will provide accurate product and service information, resolve user inquiries via phone, email, chat, and screen sharing accurately and in a timely manner, and recognize, document, and alert management of trends in customer interactions. The role involves proactively identifying product improvements, identifying and reproducing bugs, and reporting and escalating them to management. Upholding company policy and procedures, maintaining confidential data and customer information, following outlined support team guidelines, and performing other assigned core role functions are also key responsibilities. A positive and professional attitude and image must be maintained for all customers and stakeholders in a fast-paced environment.
