Candidates must possess a High School Diploma or equivalent, with a Bachelor's degree strongly preferred. A minimum of 2 years of client-facing experience supporting full project life cycles using established technology implementation methodologies is required. Additionally, at least 2 years of consulting experience and demonstrated ability in supporting successful technology implementations for talent acquisition processes are necessary. SmartRecruiters experience is strongly preferred, and proficiency in English is essential. The role requires 2 years of client-facing experience in functional SmartRecruiters Implementation, preferably within Consulting, IT, or Corporate industries.
The Consultant will provide client-facing implementation consulting on cloud-based talent acquisition technology solutions, following appropriate delivery methodologies and promoting industry best practices. They will ensure high-quality execution and client satisfaction, deliver effective change management strategies including communications, testing, and training, and demonstrate high ethical behavior and personal integrity. Responsibilities also include engaging in positive communication with colleagues, applying talent acquisition strategies to diverse organizational needs, providing functional process and design support to understand current and future states, gathering feedback to assess business requirements and pain points, and making best practice recommendations for SmartRecruiters. The role involves staying versatile, deepening skill sets in recruitment practices and technology, understanding recruitment processes and technology for certification, contributing to a positive team environment, and providing/accepting feedback.
