Requirements

Candidates should possess expertise in Workday's Human Capital Management (HCM) solution, with a strong preference for experience in Core HR, Compensation, Benefits, and Recruiting modules. A deep understanding of US Federal specific Workday functionality and configuration best practices is required, along with familiarity with Workday's Implementation Methodology.

Responsibilities

The HCM Consultant will be responsible for the successful implementation of Workday HCM solutions for US Federal Government clients. This includes eliciting and documenting business requirements, configuring the Workday system, supporting data conversion and integration teams, assisting with client testing, and transferring system knowledge to the customer. The consultant will also provide status updates to the Engagement Manager and act as a liaison for functional discussions.
