Responsibilities

Assist clients in implementing their strategy in FSI Fintech, Banking & Insurance
Define and operationally deploy strategy (positioning studies, business plans, transformation blueprints for distribution models, FO/MO/BO organizations, CRC, IT systems; co-construct operational strategy; structure PMT and transformation phases)
Evolve organization and processes (organizational diagnostics, new organizational models and agile ways of working, client journey & process redesign, process digitalization & automation, change management)
Evolve IT systems (advise on cloud-native solutions, assist in selecting core business or flow management solutions, develop functional specifications, optimize project portfolios)
Deploy operational excellence levers (Lean management, scaled agility, service design, process & task mining, workflow, automation, robotization, low code, chatbot/voicebot, OCR/ICR, AI, smart claims, cloud migration)
Pilot major transformation projects (TMO, SAFe, risk management, budget & resource tracking, functional coherence management / design authority)
