Coordinate with External and Internal Teams to understand their system and build scalable solutions
Provide ongoing consulting and administrative support for Veeva Nitro clients
Manage and monitor data loading processes, ensuring data quality and troubleshooting issues
Perform configuration enhancements and optimizations based on evolving client needs
Assist clients with the creation, maintenance, and best practices for repo
