Requirements

Ability to engage with customers and colleagues professionally and with confidence
5+ years’ experience working with IP networking, DNS, and/or DHCP services
5+ years’ experience with VitalQIP, Infoblox or other enterprise DDI solutions as an administrator or manager

Responsibilities

Conduct Professional Service engagements, alone or as technical leader of a team including: Data analysis and optimization, Migration strategies, Move to Production (MTP) plans, Technical summaries
Provide Technical and architecture guidance, sometimes including on-site discussions with prospects
Actively contribute to knowledge base and internal community discussions
Actively contribute tools and techniques to internal teams
Actively contribute to best practices processes, procedures, and documentation
Act as escalation point for other Professional Services members and internal groups
Provide product feedback to Product Management
Conduct internal Subject Matter Expert (SME) training sessions for the Professional Services organization and other internal groups
