Requirements

  • 5+ years’ experience working with IP networking, DNS, and/or DHCP services
  • 5+ years’ experience with VitalQIP, Infoblox or other enterprise DDI solutions as an administrator or manager
  • Ability to engage with customers and colleagues professionally and with confidence

Responsibilities

  • Conduct Professional Service engagements, alone or as technical leader of a team
  • Data analysis and optimization
  • Migration strategies
  • Move to Production (MTP) plans
  • Technical summaries
  • Technical and architecture guidance, sometimes including on-site discussions with prospects
  • Actively contribute to knowledge base and internal community discussions
  • Actively contribute tools and techniques to internal teams
  • Actively contribute to best practices processes, procedures, and documentation
  • Act as escalation point for other Professional Services members and internal groups
  • Provide product feedback to Product Management
  • Conduct internal Subject Matter Expect (SME) training sessions for the Professional Services organization and other internal groups
