Requirements

High attention to detail
Willingness to learn new skills
Ability to adapt to shift work schedules (7:00 am to 9:00 pm, Monday to Friday, with overtime flexibility; initial training 9:00 am to 6:00 pm for 3-5 months)
Comfortable working in a cleanroom environment for most of the day
Ability to execute repetitive tasks consistently and accurately
Good understanding of basic mathematics
Effective verbal and written communication
Knowledge of safety protocols and procedures
Manual repetitive handling and dexterity
Pass pre-employment medical including stringent vision screening (GMP requirement), background, and reference checks
Positive attitude, team player, flexible, adaptable, welcomes coaching and feedback (preferred)
Experience in pharmacy, manufacturing, or warehousing (advantageous)
Previous manual compounding experience (highly regarded)

Responsibilities

Picking and preparing raw materials
Aseptically compounding (mixing) sterile solutions (e.g., Chemotherapy, Antibiotics, Nutritional products)
Packing of finished units for each order including final inspection of products
Labelling and dispatching of prepared products
Ensuring documentation is completed in accordance with Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP)
Adhering to Baxter’s Standard Operating Procedures
Contribute to Baxter’s full inclusion and diversity culture
Other duties as required
