Responsibilities

  • Deliver life-changing mental health services by providing top-notch care to clients in the community
  • Empower clients through behavioral interventions using techniques like motivational interviewing, operant conditioning, and cognitive processing to achieve treatment goals and improve well-being
  • Foster recovery and resilience with a supportive educational approach, engaging in activities aligned with treatment goals to meet unique client needs
  • Manage a rewarding caseload, collaborating with supervisory staff to maintain a fulfilling workload
  • Collaborate in client care by participating in staffing sessions to identify needs, set goals, and develop individualized treatment plans
  • Respond to emergencies with sound judgment, providing timely assistance during mental health crises within scope of training
  • Ensure continuity of care through comprehensive follow-up services, including for missed appointments, outreach, engagement, and meticulous documentation of all interactions
  • Participate in staff development activities such as meetings, training sessions, and workshops to enhance skills and stay current with industry trends
