As a Community Associate, you will manage the front desk, greet members and guests, ensure compliance with WeWork’s guest policy, and maintain a welcoming and collaborative community environment by organizing events, building relationships, and anticipating member needs. You will also support event programming, distribute event information, and contribute to member engagement and growth, while upholding WeWork’s core values and mission.
