Requirements

Candidates must possess a B.Tech/BE in Electronics/Electrical, with an MBA being a plus. A minimum of 10 years of experience in the Power and Electronics sectors is required, with experience in E-Mobility being an advantage. Additionally, 2-3 years in a Leadership or Managerial role, experience in new business development, and familiarity with the similar industry are preferred. Proficiency in SAP/C4C and fluency in English and Hindi are advantageous. Excellent organizational and communication skills are essential, with hands-on experience in Power and Electronics being preferred.

Responsibilities

The Commercial Manager will be responsible for developing new customers and managing existing key accounts in the Power, Electronics, and E-Mobility domains across B-B/B-C segments. This includes maintaining client records, ensuring regular customer contact and timely responses, leading lead generation and application support, and closely collaborating with Global Key Accounts. The role involves achieving agreed sales targets (value/volume/COMA) from existing and new business, formulating strategic marketing and business development plans with internal teams, conducting regular customer visits, hunting for new customers, ensuring timely orders and payments, and responding to customer complaints.
