Candidates should have 5+ years of experience in Sales or CS Enablement, Sales or CS roles (SDR, account executive, CSM), Sales or CS leadership, Sales or CS strategy, or a similar role. Experience working across multiple international markets, project management skills, and a strong understanding of methodologies, sales process, customer lifecycle, and revenue tech stack are required. Demonstrated ability to influence others, navigate ambiguity, problem-solve with root cause identification, and represent complex concepts into digestible curriculum are essential. Strong communication, interpersonal skills, attention to detail, and exemplary organizational skills are also necessary.
The Commercial GTM Enablement Manager will partner with Commercial Account Executive and Account Manager Teams and leadership to identify business needs and design relevant programs and training. They will execute core enablement programs by collaborating with international enablement managers, GTM enablement stakeholders, sales, customer success, front-line managers, and local marketing teams. Responsibilities include analyzing key metrics to identify gaps and define necessary enablement programs, collaborating with a global enablement team on various deliverables like manager enablement and content creation, articulating best-in-class enablement, and leading training facilitation for core programs, events, and other prioritized enablement initiatives. The role also involves creating a strong feedback loop to understand business impact and drive continuous program improvement.
