The Commercial Excellence Manager will direct the development, implementation, and improvements of operational processes to increase Business Managers’ effectiveness and sales force productivity. They will collaborate with Sales Training and HR to ensure the effective deployment of resources and tools, analyze operational processes, and develop programs to address them. Additionally, they will evaluate third-party providers, develop materials, and manage the effective deployment of resources and tools to support the sales management process.
